Own vendor replenishment for assigned retailer/market from creation through confirmation;
Set up and maintain item data (pricing, promotions, pack/size, and dimensions) across retailer systems;
Monitor replenishment systems daily to catch inaccuracies early, prevent stockouts/overstocks, and keep orders flowing smoothly;
Serve as the liaison between Acosta and the retailer, troubleshooting order issues and driving quick, professional resolutions;
Update authorized assortments and store codes weekly so stores reflect the latest item lists
