As a Physician Recruiter
, you’ll help connect Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners with job opportunities across the country. This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll learn how to have meaningful conversations, build trust, and guide healthcare providers through important career decisions. You’ll act as a go-to resource for providers as they explore new roles, from the first call through placement and beyond. this role, you will:
- Sourcing and Outreach: Identify and engage Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers using phone calls, email, social media, job boards, and recruiting databases to start conversations and build relationships.
- Relationship Management: Ask thoughtful questions to understand what providers are looking for in their next role, including location, schedule, and career goals.
- Qualify Candidates: Help identify the best‑fit roles for providers and present qualified candidates to hospitals and healthcare organizations.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain an organized pool of active and future candidates across different specialties.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with your recruitment team to share insights, manage priorities, and learn best practices through regular check‑ins and coaching.
- Negotiate & Coordinate: Support discussions around schedules, pay rates, travel, and contract details as you grow your confidence and skills.
- Grow Your Network: Attend networking events, industry conferences, and career development opportunities to expand your professional connections.
Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within an assigned geographic region. This role combines proactive outbound prospecting with responsive engagement of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to build a robust pipeline for our sales organization. The BDR will identify and connect with healthcare decision-makers through targeted outreach, leveraging regional market insights to personalize engagement.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a discovery-driven mindset, and the ability to balance high-volume outreach with strategic relationship-building.
This position offers a clear path to advance into a Business Development Executive (Account Executive) role after proven success.
In this role, you will:- Prospect & Research: Identify and research prospects across diverse hospital specialties and buying personas.
