Field Service Technician

Our client located approximately 20 minutes outside Keene, NH is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team!

• 2-5 years in a field service or hands-on technical role
• Secondary schooling in engineering or trades preferred
• Self-starter who can plan and organize daily work schedule independently
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Willing to travel 25-50%, both domestically and internationally; passport required

$55K-$75K/year, depending on experience

• Travel to assigned locations to introduce and maintain company products and services with existing and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare and present service quotes and/or preventative maintenance plans to customers
• Install and set up systems at customer sites; provide field demonstration, training, preventative maintenance, and repair services
• Interface with key internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Other tasks as assigned
