** Overview*
* Adecco is seeking a skilled
** Machine Maintenance Technician
** for a leading manufacturing facility in Keene, NH. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and safe operation. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
** Responsibilities*
* + Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, automated equipment, and production machinery.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
+ Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
+ Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes using electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
+ Repair or replace motors, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, sensors, switches, relays, and other machine components.
+ Perform machine setup, calibration, and alignment as needed.
+ Complete work orders and document maintenance activities using the facility's maintenance management system.
+ Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
+ Maintain spare parts inventory and communicate equipment needs to supervisors.
+ Follow OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and all company safety policies.
+ Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required.
+ Technical degree or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V is preferred.
+ Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, motors, bearings, and conveyor equipment.
+
Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley or Siemens) is a plus.
+ Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
