Machine Maintenance Technician

Adecco is hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician to support clients in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services sector. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain production and lab equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime. You'll read technical diagrams, calibrate and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and document all work performed. You'll collaborate with engineers and operations teams, follow strict safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production and lab machinery and equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Calibrate, test, and verify proper equipment operation and safety
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair history
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to resolve recurring issues
• Follow OSHA, safety, and quality standards at all times
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Communicate equipment status and recommendations to supervisors
