About the roleCRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Program Coordinators to support the individuals we serve. This is a full-time, 40-hrs/wk, exempt position located in Keene, NH. This position is eligible for benefits with a starting salary of $50,000/yr.

Responsibilities- What you’ll do – Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, including initial orientation and trainings, assisting in meeting training requirements, bi-monthly day program visits, and bi-monthly supervision.
- Support and monitor contract compliance of independent contractors, including bi-monthly site visits to client homes and weekly phone contact.
- Teach and reinforce appropriate client-to-client behavior and interactions with providers and direct support professionals; ensure documentation and timely submission of progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance, and other client records.
- Coordinate clinical supports including medical and therapy appointments; communicate with contracting agencies for program development, monitoring, modifications, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in annual Individual Service Plan meetings and liaise with guardians regarding program explanations, updates, paperwork, and concerns.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate protocols for program activities (menu planning, budgeting, and daily living activities) and obtain resources for community activities in collaboration with staff and contractors.
- Develop, maintain, schedule, and monitor respite for specific clients, including orientation of respite providers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
