Position Overview

As a C&S Pilot, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of assigned flights.

Full‑time, hours based on flight schedules, flexible.

Location:

Keene, NH.

• Possess exclusive and final authority as to whether the aircraft shall proceed to any destination or undertake any flight.
• Make all decisions regarding weather, mechanical condition, and other hazards without being overruled or disciplined.
• Exercise primary responsibility for initiation, continuation, diversion, and termination of all flights in compliance with FAR and the Flight Operations Manual.
• Ensure the professional competence and control of the assigned crew and aircraft in compliance with company and government rules.
• Be accountable to the Chief Pilot for the safe conduct of assigned flights.
• Check weather, NOTAMs, fuel, oil, oxygen requirements and determine aircraft weight and balance.
• Ensure all flight‑planning requirements are met and all crew members have valid licenses, medical certificates, passports and visas.
• Complete an aircraft preflight inspection before each departure.
• Brief passengers as required by section 4.18.
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with operator procedures and limitations.
• Ensure compliance with customs, immigration, and sabotage laws.
• Complete all post‑flight duties, including notification of any deviation from the planned itinerary or overnight location.
• Record flight times and aircraft discrepancies, share knowledge, coach SIC.
• Support an on‑call schedule, overnight travel, and international travel.

• Commercial and ATP ratings required.
• Minimum of 3,000–4,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,000 hours of jet time and a minimum of one jet type rating (preferably Challenger 3500).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to quickly respond to emergency situations.
• Excellent knowledge of Federal Aviation regulations and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to support an on‑call schedule and overnight travel (10–15 years of experience preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or related field.
