Full-Time Oral Surgeon Opportunity - Keizer, Oregon$30,000 Sign-On Bonus

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in our Keizer office. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into an established referral network with strong demand, modern technology, and the flexibility to expand your schedule across additional locations if you choose.

Whether you prefer the stability of a guaranteed salary or the upside of production-based compensation, we'll work with you to create a compensation package that aligns with your goals.

Expected annual earnings: $300,000-$500,000+, depending on schedule and production.

Qualifications
  • Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain before employment)
  • Current CPR certification
  • DEA registration and NPI (or ability to obtain before start)
