Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in our Keizer, Oregon office.
You’ll step into an established referral network with strong patient demand, modern technology, and dedicated clinical support — giving you the foundation to build a busy surgical schedule without having to build a practice from scratch.
Prefer to grow beyond Keizer? You’ll also have the opportunity to add days at additional Gentle Dental locations and further expand your patient base and earning potential.
EXPECTED ANNUAL EARNINGS: $300,000–$500,000+Choose the compensation structure that works for you. We offer the option of a guaranteed salary or production-based compensation, allowing us to build a package that aligns with your schedule, practice goals, and earning priorities.
