Position: Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Keizer, OR (25 hrs)

Client Relationship Consultant – Part Time (25 hours)

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Consultant to build and nurture strong relationships with customers across multiple channels—including in‑person, by appointment, and virtually. The role focuses on delivering a digital‑first experience and providing tailored banking solutions to meet each client’s unique financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers to assess banking needs and capture account information.
  • Advise on deposit and loan products, demonstrating digital tools to support client decisions.
  • Foster relationships through proactive outreach, follow‑up, and personalized service.
  • Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
  • Educate clients on emerging self‑service and digital products to enhance their banking experience.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to ensure optimal client service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • Experience with digital products and self‑service technologies.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Preferred: experience in the financial services industry.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish encouraged.
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background and credit check.
Location Expectations

The position requires working from a U.S. Bank location on all work days.
