Starting Salary: $77,000–$135,000 (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
- Lead staffing efforts and manage clinical services
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
- Support patient care and program goals
- Provide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Prior leadership or management experience in a therapy department preferred
- A passion for mentoring clinicians and driving positive patient outcomes

- Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies

Therapists:$5,000 total bonus ($1,250 payouts)
Assistants:$3,000 total bonus ($750 payouts)
