We are a well-established and growing chiropractic and wellness practice with four convenient locations in Keizer, Portland, Sherwood, and Hillsboro.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a positive, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
  • Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
  • Verify insurance information
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with screening and diagnostic assessments as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar healthcare, wellness, or medical office role is important
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work at multiple locations when needed
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a strong plus
