Job Description
We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to perform mental status exams in Keizer on Saturdays.
We have shifts available 1‑2 Saturdays each month. We generally schedule shifts 60‑75 days in advance and can work with you to try and get the number of shifts you desire. Exams are scheduled in 45‑minute intervals from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Total compensation per day will be in the $700 to $910 range, with 10‑13 exams completed on average, at a pay level of $70 per exam.

Requirements- Active, unrestricted Oregon Nurse Practitioner license and board certification.
- Experience or comfort performing mental status examinations.
- Ability to work independently 1‑2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Strong documentation skills and objective, professional evaluation approach.
