Family Health Nurse Practitioner Locum Tenens Job – Outpatient Clinic Job Details

Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,640-$4,310

Setting: Outpatient clinic / primary care

Location: Keizer, Oregon - a welcoming community with Pacific Northwest charm, convenient amenities, and easy access to outdoor recreation

Start Date: 8/31/2026

Assignment Length: 13 weeks with opportunity to extend

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with possible Saturday coverage based on need

Shifts Per Week: 5

Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days

Hours Per Week: 40

Call: No call required

Patient Volume: Approximately 20-22 patients per day

EMR: EPIC

• At least 1 year of Family Medicine or related outpatient Nurse Practitioner experience required
• Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license required
• Board Certification required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• DEA required
• Recent EPIC experience within the past 1-2 years required
• Experience caring for patients across the lifespan preferred

• Provide outpatient family medicine care for patients of all ages
• Perform physical exams and routine wellness visits
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes
• Evaluate and treat same-day and urgent patient concerns, including illness and minor injury
• Support women's health services within the clinic setting
• Review patient results, respond to messages, and manage medication refills through the EMR in-basket
• Participate in telephone and video visits as needed
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to deliver efficient, patient-centered care
