FOOD & BEVERAGE LEAD – Keizer Little League Park

Location: Keizer, OR
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: General Manager
Status: Part-Time (Non-Exempt)

The park is managed by KLLP SFM, LLC, a Sports Facilities Companies (SFC) organization. Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Lead will supervise team members and assist in delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all guests.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage team members
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking
  • Keep all food service areas clean and neat
  • Balance cash drawer at end of shift
  • Handle any customer complaints
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed
  • Lead and set an example for other team members
  • Open and close concession stands, ensuring all procedures are followed
  • Monitor quality control and maximize efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to leadership
Minimum Qualifications
  • Food Safety Manager and Serv Safe certifications are preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and mathematical skills
  • Detail‑oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure, be decisive, and work effectively in a group setting
  • Ability to motivate employees and prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • Significant walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling may be required
  • May need to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Facility has intermittent noise
