FOOD & BEVERAGE LEAD – Keizer Little League Park

Status: Part-Time (Non-Exempt)
Keizer Little League Park is a premier sports, recreation, and entertainment destination focused on improving the health and economic vitality of Keizer, OR. The Food & Beverage Lead will supervise team members and assist in delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all guests.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist customers with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
- Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage team members
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Keep all food service areas clean and neat
- Balance cash drawer at end of shift
- Handle any customer complaints
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed
- Lead and set an example for other team members
- Open and close concession stands, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Monitor quality control and maximize efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned related to leadership
- Food Safety Manager and Serv Safe certifications are preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and mathematical skills
- Detail‑oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to maintain focus in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure, be decisive, and work effectively in a group setting
- Ability to motivate employees and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Significant walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling may be required
- May need to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Facility has intermittent noise
