Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests, respond to questions, and promote promotions;
Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system and balance daily transactions;
Ensure store is clean, organized, merchandised, and inventory controlled; support Omni-Channel order fulfillment
