• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,500
• Top Earners:
  Up to $1,800 per week ($93,600 annually)
• Mileage Rate:
  Up to $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
• Automatic Raises:
  Scheduled pay increases every 6 months
• Full Benefits:

  Extra stop compensation, layover pay, and breakdown pay included

• Operating Area: 11 Western States (No NYC or Northeast routes)
• Home Time:
  Structured, pre‑planned schedule; home every 2 weeks
• Freight: 100% No‑Touch; 60% Drop and Hook
• Equipment:
  Assigned 2022‑2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors (Automatic)
• Policy:
  Rider and Pet program effective starting Day 1

• Requires CDL‑A with 120+ hours from an accredited institution
• 4 to 6 weeks of structured one‑on‑one mentorship
• Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training duration

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Experience:
  
  6 months of verifiable OTR/Regional experience OR Recent Graduate of an accredited school
• Safety:
  No at‑fault accidents or major moving violations within the last 3 years
• Background:
  No DUI history within the past 5 years
• Drug Testing:
  Must pass pre‑employment urine and hair follicle screening
• Employment History:
  No gaps exceeding 6 months in the past year
