Hope Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive & Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate will support the company's senior leadership team and perform general operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. This role requires strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, with great attention to detail and a high level of discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics to assist the executive team in making informed business decisions.
  • Manage various operational tasks, including office maintenance, inventory management, and liaising with external vendors.
  • Streamline administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all communications and documents.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
