Job Overview
The Production Associate supports the execution of production across Keystone’s young generation ministries, including Young Adults, Students, and Kids, while also owning churchwide playlist management and production merchandise. This role is responsible for building and maintaining service playlists, preparing production environments, and supporting ministry events such as camps and special gatherings.
Through strong preparation, attention to detail, and a heart to serve, the Production Associate helps create engaging, distraction‑free environments where people can encounter God.
Key Responsibilities Service & Event Execution- Execute AVL production for Young Adult services, Students services, and Keystone Kids environments.
- Support production for ministry‑specific events such as camps, retreats, and special gatherings.
- Ensure all technical elements are prepared, tested, and executed with excellence.
- Build, manage, and maintain all service playlists across the church.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of content across all environments and services.
- Coordinate with Worship, Creative, and Production teams to align playlists with service flow.
- Troubleshoot and adjust playlists as needed to support smooth execution.
- Oversee production‑related merchandise, including inventory, organization, and distribution.
- Assist in ordering, tracking, and restocking merch as needed.
- Support the development and execution of new merch initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Ensure merch is prepared and available for events, teams, and special initiatives.
- Coordinate weekly set‑up and readiness of production environments across Kids, Students, and Young Adults.
- Maintain organization of files, sessions, and show flows within production systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during services and events.
- Support and equip servant leaders serving in production roles across young gen ministries.
- Help train volunteers on basic AVL systems, playlists, and service flow.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ownership within production teams.
- Assist in planning and executing production needs for camps and ministry‑specific events.
- Coordinate logistics such as gear, set‑up, and teardown for off‑site or large‑scale events.
- Collaborate with contractors or additional support when needed.
- Partner with Kids, Students, and Young Adults ministry leaders to align production with service goals.
- Work with Worship and Creative teams to ensure smooth integration of technical elements.
- Uphold Keystone’s standard of excellence across all young generation environments.
- Experience in live production (church or event setting preferred).
- Working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple services, playlists, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, servant‑hearted attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility for evenings, camps, and special events.
