Orthodontic Financial Coordinator

• Greet and support patients, ensuring comfort before their appointment
• Accurately post patient and insurance payments and required adjustments
• Maintain accurate patient account notations and work AR reports routinely
• Ensure timely filing of claims and provide documentation requested by insurers
• Manage patient billing statements and the collections process as needed
• Review insurance denials and reconcile monthly bank deposits

• 1+ years of experience in medical or dental insurance or billing
• Strong understanding of CDT codes and EOBs for dental insurance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
