** IES offers the opportunity to combine clinical Emergency Medicine with meaningful physician leadership within the Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital system.
**** BSW Emergency Hospital - Keller
** is a 24/7, emergency facility, features shorter average wait times with on-site imaging, and comfortable inpatient beds for overnight observation or critical care.### Medical Director Role:
* Provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects for the emergency department.
* Manage the quality improvement plan including attending regular meetings and review of medical records
* Supervise staff, provide feedback, and assure provision of high-quality care
* Review the provider schedule and ensure adequate staffing
* Actively participate in the recruitment and retention of qualified physicians
* Serve as liaison between hospital administration and clinical staff and provide regular feedback to IES leadership

Required Qualifications
* Candidate must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) and completion of an accredited residency in emergency medicine.
* Prior leadership experience with preferred role as an associate or assistant medical director or completion of an Administrative Fellowship.
