• Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.

• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate with parents.
• Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities.
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among toddlers.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a lead teacher with toddlers in an educational setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor are essential.
