Position: Occupational Therapist School Setting in Keller, TX

Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

• Valid occupational therapy license in Texas
• Previous experience as a school-based OT is highly preferred
• Proficient with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of sensory processing, fine/gross motor interventions, and adaptive technology
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage scheduling and documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students ages PreK-12 as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to help students succeed academically and socially
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support the learning environment
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and participate in team meetings
• Maintain thorough records, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations
