Sylvan Learning is seeking a dynamic Center Director to lead our established learning center and help students, families, and staff achieve their full potential.

This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing teams, solving problems, and helping families find the right educational solutions for their children.

While experience in education is valuable, we are equally interested in candidates with strong leadership, customer service, sales, business development, or operations experience.

• Lead and support a team of teachers and staff.
• Build strong relationships with students and families.
• Conduct educational consultations and enrollment conferences.
• Help families select programs that best meet their child's needs.
• Drive student retention and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospective families and inquiries.
• Manage daily center operations and staff scheduling.
• Support local marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Monitor center performance and work toward growth goals.
• Create a positive, student-focused culture.

• Leadership or management experience.
• Customer service or client relationship management.
• Sales, admissions, enrollment, or consultative selling.
• Education, tutoring, childcare, youth programs, or related industries.
• Retail, healthcare, hospitality, or service-based management experience.

• Starting base salary of $48,000–$52,000 annually
• Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities
• Expected first-year total compensation of $55,000–$65,000+
