Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Keller, TX! Responsibilities- Prepare and implement engaging, age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages learning and growth
- Observe and document student progress, development milestones, and behavioral observations
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities
- Implement hands‑on learning activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school‑wide goals and initiatives
- Minimum is high school diploma, CDA or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior lead teacher experience or working with Pre‑K or early childhood age groups
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with young children
