Qualifications:- Hold a valid Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist license.
- Possess an educator credential as a School Psychologist, issued by the board of examiners of psychologists.
- Demonstrate proven skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation within an educational environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide consultation for instructional strategies.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student achievement.
- Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing support to students as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical practices while supporting student progress.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the RTI/MTSS framework.
- Flexible hybrid scheduling to support work-life balance.
