** About the Role
** We’re looking for detail‐oriented, customer‐focused
** Loan Assistants
** to join our team. In this role, you will support the loan origination process from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service for every customer. You’ll work closely with our loan officers and internal teams to keep applications moving smoothly and efficiently.##
** What You’ll Do
*** Support loan officers by gathering, organizing, and tracking required loan documentation.
* Enter and maintain accurate borrower and loan data within bank systems.
* Prepare loan documents and disclosures in accordance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
* Communicate with borrowers and internal departments to obtain additional information and resolve open items.
* Review loan files to ensure completeness and compliance with lending requirements.
* Provide timely customer service, including answering inquiries and sharing application status updates.
* Assist with scheduling, coordinating communication, and managing follow‐up for the lender.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy and data security policies.
* Assist with general administrative duties and special projects within the banking center as needed.## Qualifications##
