Not perfection, but passion — that is what we are looking for.

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings (paid training provided).
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the children we support.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the Blue Sprig clinical team.
• Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices on and off the job. PPE and caregiver communication tools are provided, with small work-group exposure controls.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

• Availability:
  All day availability Monday–Friday 11am–6pm
• Pay:
  Up to $22 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT

After completing training, but prior to RBT certification, you will receive pay for billable client hours and non-billable administrative time as applicable.
