Earn a base salary of up to $92,000 (depending on your experience) and take part in our uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, where your earning potential is in your hands. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5‑35 lbs), carrying (5‑10 lbs), pushing (5‑150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40‑50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120‑140 lbs.
