Earn a base salary of up to $92,000 (depending on your experience) and take part in our uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, where your earning potential is in your hands. We also offer company‑paid benefits so you won't see any deductions from your check for medical, life, and disability insurance. Our generous PTO policy allows you to enjoy life’s important moments.
In addition we are offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Graduate of a CAPTE‑approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
- Routine lifting (5‑35 lbs), carrying (5‑10 lbs), pushing (5‑150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40‑50 lbs).
- Guarding lift loads of 120‑140 lbs.
