School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Keller, Texas

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as an SLP in the state or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working within a school or pediatric setting is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a collaborative, fast-paced educational environment

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, progress reports, and required paperwork
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students IEP goals
• Participate in meetings and provide training or consultation to staff as needed
• Advocate for students and empower them to reach their fullest communicative potential
