Requirements- Active Texas Life & Health License
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Or ability to obtain prior to the start date)
- (Applications without Life and health licenses cannot be considered.)
- Minimum 2-5 years active insurance sales experience only please with a verifiable track record of success.
- Build and manage a pipeline through warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct needs‑based assessments across Life, Health, and P&C lines
- Educate clients on coverage options and long‑term financial protection
- Deliver exceptional service through follow‑ups and policy reviews
- Meet production goals and maintain compliance with Farmers standards
- Agency Ownership Opportunities (You own the Economic Ownership of the Business)
