Responsible for delivering excellent customer service as a Membership Associate, promoting and supporting Membership benefits, managing transactions, ensuring facility safety, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

• Provide information on Membership benefits and promote value of Company products and services.
• Process Membership upgrades, credit accounts, and related transactions.
• Participate in sales and marketing events, working toward Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps and forklift spotting procedures.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and correctly, following Company steel standard guidelines.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders; review, pull, scan, wrap, palletize, and verify accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Complete work assignments using company policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
• Acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Demonstrate respect for diversity, foster belonging, build strong relationships, and mentor others.
• Act with integrity, support Walmart’s regenerative company goals, and prioritize customer and member satisfaction.
• Make decisions based on reliable information, balance short‑term and long‑term priorities, and continually seek improvement.
