Executive Producer

Overview

The Executive Producer at Hope Consulting is a senior-level role that functions as a key helm of decision-making in all project development, marketing, and execution. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the budget, strategies, team, and execution of varied consulting projects. • Develop and manage project strategies in line with Hope Consulting's overall objectives and clients' needs.
• Oversee and coordinate all project elements, including marketing campaigns, budgets, timelines, team management, and project evaluation.
• Liaise and foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that all project elements are cohesive and aligned.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and support of project team members, further promote a productive work environment.
• Participate in and contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or another related field is required. An advanced degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or a related role with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing large, complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
