Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week; days: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with flexibility to shift to 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM as needed
• No set days off-scheduling flexibility is essential
• Rotating call: 1 weekend per month and 8-9 call shifts/month (5:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• ACLS certification
• Demonstrated, recent experience in both the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling needs, including call coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and support throughout cardiac catheterization and IR procedures
• Prepare and monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, ensuring safety and comfort
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Respond promptly and effectively during emergencies within the specialty unit
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all care activities and interventions
• Uphold high standards of infection prevention and compliance with facility protocols
