Role: Registered nurse responsible for delivering professional and technical nursing care to patients.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide direct and indirect patient care; ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; document patient information accurately and timely; administer medications and IV therapies safely; support educational efforts for patients and families; and participate in team building and hospital standards adherence.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current Basic Life Support certification; active nursing license in Texas or eligibility; minimum six months RN experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills; commitment to professional growth and development.
Key Duties: Promote a cooperative work environment, ensure quality patient care, and perform other assigned tasks to support hospital mission and goals.
