We are seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist to join our team on-site in Keller, TX. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for assisting prospective residents, managing lease renewals, and providing exceptional customer service to current residents. The role includes handling lease administration tasks, promoting resident retention initiatives, and facilitating property tours to prospective tenants. The Leasing Specialist will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with residents and contributing to the overall community atmosphere.

• Resident Retention and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and exceed resident expectations
• Knowledge and experience with Leases and Lease Administration processes
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to interact professionally with residents and team members
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is preferred
• Basic proficiency in property management software and office applications
