Position Summary

Sam’s Club #6781 is seeking a Customer Service Associate located in Keller, TX to provide exceptional service and support to members and customers.

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, assist with account decisions, build membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam’s Club products and services.
• Provide customer/member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash and gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing signage, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, organize and maintain the facility in accordance with company procedures, utilize equipment appropriately, and complete required paperwork and logs.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases while using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00. Additional premiums may apply in the range of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.
