Personal Shopper - Sam's

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing membership upgrades, credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, performing safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Fulfills Member Fax, Pull, and Click n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change and feedback.

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics, uses the Open Door Policy to address business processes, and supports Walmart’s values for integrity and regency.

Works as a team, builds strong relationships, mentors others, and helps others thrive; acts with integrity, humility, honesty, and transparency; serves customers and members first; makes decisions based on reliable information; strives for excellence, learning, continuous improvement, and embracing new technologies.
