Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Pay: $16–$18/hr + tips
Schedule: Part-time & Full-time available
Join our team as a Shift Lead at our exciting new juice bar location! In this dynamic role, you will be the heartbeat of daily operations, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee all aspects of store management during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow, accurate cash handling, and effective inventory control.

Your leadership will motivate staff, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. This is an excellent opportunity for energetic individuals with a passion for food service management and team leadership to make a positive impact in a fast‑paced setting.

We’re opening a brand new Nekter Juice Bar in Fort Worth (Alliance) and building the leadership team from day one. As a Shift Lead, you’ll be part of the opening crew and play a big role in setting the tone for the store.

Shift Leads help run the store during their shift and support the team on the floor.
You’ll:

• Open and/or close the store
• Lead the team during your shift
• Jump in on juicing, register, prep, and cleaning
• Handle cash, registers, and basic shift paperwork
• Help train and support Juicers
• Keep the store running smoothly and on pace
• Make sure guests have a great experience

• Some restaurant or retail experience preferred
• Leadership mindset and strong communication
• Calm, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to step up and take ownership
