Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail & Store Manager
Pay
: $14-$16/hr + tips
Schedule: Part-time & Full-time available
We’re opening a brand new Nekter Juice Bar in Fort Worth (Alliance) and we’re building our team from scratch. This is your chance to be part of an opening crew
, learn fast, and grow with us as the store grows. Whether this is your first job or your next step, this role can turn into Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or even General Manager over time. We also plan to open a second location within a year
, creating even more opportunities for people who show up and bring great energy.
As a Juicer, you’re the heart of the store. You’ll help create an awesome experience for every guest who walks in. You’ll:
- Make smoothies, juices, and bowls to Nekter standards
- Greet guests and take orders with a positive attitude
- Work the register and handle cash accurately
- Prep ingredients and keep everything stocked
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Work as part of a fast-moving, supportive team
No experience? No problem — we’ll train the right people.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and reliable
- At least 16 years old
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food Handler card (or willingness to get one)
