Overview

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Merchandising Field Service Representative. The role executes shared services projects with the Shared Services Field Management team, focusing on execution, communication, leadership, and coordination within the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate and occasionally lead activities within shared services across local/area markets and division‑wide operational tasks.
  • Respond within 24 hours to field services management and Field Representatives; keep availability updated.
  • Complete an average of 30 hours of field work per week over a 12‑month period.
  • Build, install, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixturing per planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure functional displays and fixtures.
  • Lead early projects, overnight and early morning installations, and team‑based installations.
  • Manage virtual software teams and ensure project execution and timelines.
  • Track, manage, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
  • Be available for weekend, holiday, and early‑morning assignments.
  • Schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Provide daily communication, direction, training, and guidance to team members.
  • Contribute to team goals, ensuring weekly and monthly job timelines are met.
  • Implement shared services initiatives effectively, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Travel to all assigned locations within the market and region as required for projects.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership; set high standards for behavior.
  • Represent the company positively, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Align cross‑functional processes to ensure operational success.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets KPIs as determined by field management.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Minimum 30 hours of fieldwork per week on average over a 12‑month period.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email; respond within 24 hours of contact.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
  • Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools; ability to follow planograms.
  • Owns an Android or Apple device for photo and data upload.
  • Independent use of communication platforms and applications.
  • Complete all training assignments within designated timeframe.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 60% of the year.
  • Desire to work autonomously and lead a team; excellent time management and reporting skills.
