Job OverviewHome associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs, and maintain home displays in proper order throughout the day.
CompensationHourly wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties. Multiple premiums may apply.
