Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; following recipes; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensuring food safety and inventory management; operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment.;

Uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality with the member in mind.;
Be an Owner:
Maintains work area according to policies; ensuring quality and date control standards; securing fragile merchandise; eliminating waste; assisting members with purchasing decisions; ensuring items are labeled and stored correctly.;
