Whether a company is going into business, out of business, or simply wants to stay in business, they will need signage. It could be an illuminated storefront sign, parking lot directional signs, or paper products such as business cards, brochures, or flyers. It could be vehicle graphics for a fleet, or window and wall graphics for an office. It could even be trade show signage such as flags, banners, table covers, or backdrops.

The world of signage is diverse and our company offers a variety of solutions to help any business with branding, marketing, awareness, or appearance.

Signarama of North Fort Worth is a 5-Star rated company seeking a 5-Star person with a fun, outgoing, and willing personality to join our dynamic team in Keller, TX to help us develop new relationships with surrounding businesses and maybe even sell some signs while they’re at it.

Our crew is diverse with friendly, hardworking people. We have many interests and backgrounds, and we value positive energy. We are growing rapidly and recently purchased a new building to expand our workspace for more sign projects.

Sales experience in the sign-making industry is a plus but not a requirement; training is provided. We require you to think creatively, communicate effectively, and, on good days, walk simultaneously. :)

Responsibilities

SO, HERE’S THE LONG AND SHORT OF IT:

This is a full-time position that works Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Nights and weekends are for family time, with occasional networking events in the evening. Pay is based on experience (we are willing to train the right personality) and your personal awesomeness level. Monthly Bonus Pay is available based on the overall company performance.

The primary function is to identify and contact new potential clients and develop the relationships needed to support, maintain and increase business (i.e., sell signs). You will also dress appropriately (Signarama gear provided), attend networking events, interact with customers professionally, keep a clean, organized work area, and perform related duties.

You aren’t here just to sell signs — you’re here to solve problems, spark creativity, and build lasting relationships through a strong desire to succeed and a positive, fun attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Mastery of the Jedi Mind Trick (or equivalent)
  • The ability to sell ice to Eskimos, “Stop” signs to racecar drivers, or comparable grit and determination
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn our client software program
  • Ability to think creatively and design solutions for customers (a Graphic Artist helps bring ideas to life)
  • Experience navigating the DFW metroplex; be on time for appointments
  • Ability to interpret customer directions and determine quality solutions
  • Demonstrated pride in professionalism and sales experience
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to pass basic math and spelling tests
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter, willing attitude
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
  • Valid proof of USA residency
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation
Physical/Work Environment
  • Love meeting new people, work a room, and celebrate sales with high-fives
  • Stand, bend, and kneel regularly
  • Work indoors in a climate-controlled environment and outdoors in varied Texas weather
  • Occasionally climb a ladder (safely)
  • Learn sign language (conceptual, not necessarily ASL) and discuss signs often
  • Ability to point at signs around town and say, “Yeah, I sold that.”
