• Satisfactory results on a background check
• Attainment of Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses (support also for SIE, AHIP, etc.)
• Access to 100 k startup capital – Farmers does not charge startup fees and is not a franchise
• Successful completion of the University of Farmers training program
• Sign a Reserve Contract
