• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments for licensed agents
• Promote our insurance products and services while representing the agency with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage lead lists and follow-up systems to ensure consistent pipeline activity
• Maintain strong communication and customer service standards in every interaction
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists or CRM systems.
• Introduce and promote the agency's insurance products (auto, home, life, specialty, etc.) with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Identify client needs through effective questioning and qualify leads for licensed agents to follow up.
• Set appointments for licensed team members to review coverage options or complete quotes.
• Track and update all call activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM or lead management platform.
• Maintain performance metrics, including daily call volume, contact rate, and appointment conversions.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers to create a positive first impression of the agency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts, share feedback, and support agency goals.
• Comply with all company and insurance industry regulations, including proper documentation and privacy requirements.
