The Colburn Farmers Insurance Agency in Keller, TX is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is located in Keller, TX, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. • Sales experience or a client‑facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is required
• Active Property and Casualty General Lines License in TX is required
• In addition to the P&C an Active Life and Health License in TX is preferred
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Confident, self‑starter who works well independently
• Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life and Health license is preferred, or willingness to obtain them
• Cold call and perform other lead generation activities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicate with our hot leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Understand the prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Achieve high sales targets
• Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
