Inside Sales Representative

Penguin Patch is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this phone-based role, you'll contact elementary schools, build relationships with decision-makers, and guide them through our holiday shop program. You'll manage inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, explain program benefits, and support schools through the sign-up process. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and goal-driven, with strong communication skills and comfort using CRM tools in a fast-paced, seasonal, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from elementary schools about holiday shop programs
• Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, PTO/PTA leaders, and other decision-makers
• Explain Penguin Patch holiday shop features, benefits, and processes to prospective and returning schools
• Qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and accurately track activities in a CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily activity goals and seasonal sales targets
• Coordinate with operations and customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for schools
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
• Participate in seasonal campaigns, promotions, and call blitzes to drive program sign-ups
• Gather feedback from schools to improve sales messaging and program offerings
• Collaborate with a small, family-oriented team to support mission-driven company goals
