Certus Home Services is hiring Pool Service Technicians who want steady, independent work and the opportunity to build real expertise. • Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
• Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
• Deliver reliable, professional service that helps retain customers and grow recurring business

You’ll have the independence to manage your route, with the support of a local branch team and leadership behind you. We’re looking for people who are dependable, detail-oriented, and proud of delivering consistent service customers can trust.

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors
• Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers.

Preferred: Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience;
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain it; experience with mobile service or field-service applications.
