Front Desk Agent Swing Shift

Lodge Front Desk Agent

Responsible for checking guests into their condo and other guest services

• Checking guests in
• Answer internal/external calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation.
• Closing down hot tubs at night.
• Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed.
• Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.
• Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager.
• Such other appropriate duties as may be required.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
Reference check, criminal background check.

Education and/or

Experience:

• Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.
• Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required.
